Dui Crash Colonie New York in Colonie, New York: A 25-year-old Schenectady man was charged with driving while intoxicated after he drove the wrong way onto the eastbound off-ramp of Interstate 90's Exit 6 in Colonie and crashed into an ambulance that was transporting a patient to Albany Medical Center. The ambulance driver and a paramedic suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and the wrong-way driver, Carson Williams, remained hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The patient on board the ambulance was not injured in the collision. State Police were called to the exit ramp at 8:59 p.m. Sunday and said Williams could face additional charges beyond the DWI charge and traffic infractions.
