Car Crash New York Today in New York: Three people were injured on Saturday evening when a wrong-way car struck an eastbound Colonie EMS ambulance on the I-90 Exit 6 off-ramp in Albany, according to New York State Police. The ambulance was transporting a patient to Albany Medical Center when the collision occurred just before 9 p.m. The ambulance driver and an onboard paramedic were taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, while the patient was transferred to another ambulance for treatment of the original medical emergency.
