Car Crash Alabama Today in Alabama: A 34-year-old woman from Ward died in a two-vehicle crash on Alabama 17 in Sumter County on Sunday evening, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. Iesha L. Pritchett was driving a 2002 Buick Century that struck a 2023 Nissan Kicks driven by Rolandus S. Ward, 34, also of Ward. The Nissan left the roadway and overturned after impact; Pritchett was airlifted to Druid City Hospital where she died of her injuries. She was not wearing a seatbelt, and Ward was also injured and taken to a medical center in Mississippi.
