California Highway Patrol officers say a commercial vehicle towing a mobile trailer pulled out in front of her, and she was unable to avoid it, colliding with the back of the trailer. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the commercial vehicle was not injured and remained at the scene to cooperate with officers. The woman has not been identified.
