Dui Crash South Bend Indiana in South Bend, Indiana: South Bend police arrested and charged 26-year-old Dadranae Taylor with causing death while intoxicated and reckless homicide after a single-vehicle crash on Saturday, June 27, near McKinley and Manchester. A sedan struck the back of a parked, unoccupied tow truck in a nearby parking lot. Passenger Naomie Gregory, 24, suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, while Taylor was not seriously injured. Police said Taylor told officers she had been drinking earlier that night and admitted at the hospital to having a couple of drinks and smoking marijuana, saying she began driving because Gregory was too intoxicated to drive.
