Hit And Run Hospital Michigan in hospital, Michigan: A woman has been arraigned in connection with a fatal April hit-and-run crash in Kalamazoo. Carol Kosch turned herself in and was arraigned on a charge of failing to stop at an accident when at fault resulting in death, and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond. The April 14 crash occurred on Gull Road when a black Jeep Grand Cherokee turned in front of and struck Azariah Smith, 28, who was thrown from his motorcycle and later died at the hospital, according to the Township of Kalamazoo Police Department.
