Car Crash Pawtucket Rhode Island in Pawtucket, Rhode Island: First responders launched boats and divers into the Seekonk River on Sunday night after a car went into the river near the Pawtucket Town Landing on Taft Street. The Pawtucket Police Department's Major Crime Unit, along with the Pawtucket Fire Department and Rhode Island State Police Dive Team, resumed the search Monday morning and recovered the submerged vehicle at approximately 8:30 a.m. A grandmother, a mother, and a 2-year-old daughter were found dead inside the car. Police described the incident as what appears to be a terrible accident.
