Car Crash Oregon Today in Oregon: A grey Ford Fusion traveling westbound on Highway 78 West struck a van near the Hot Springs turnoff in Harney County on June 28, 2026, at approximately 4:06 p.m., after vehicles ahead attempted to turn into the Hot Springs area. Three people were injured: a 78-year-old female driver of the Ford Fusion, the male driver of the van, and a male passenger in the van.
