Police said the westbound bus struck a passenger vehicle, then crossed the median, overturned into the eastbound lanes and hit two additional vehicles. The 35-year-old bus driver and a male passenger were pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of one eastbound vehicle was hospitalized in critical condition.
