Officials say 17 people were involved in the collision. Two people were killed, and eight patients were transported to Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper — six by ground ambulance and two by air ambulance. The remaining seven people were either not hurt or suffered minor injuries and declined transport to a hospital. The cause of the crash had not been released.
