Car Crash Maspeth New York in Maspeth, New York: A westbound coach bus carrying an airline crew to a hotel collided with two vehicles, struck the center divider, and overturned into eastbound lanes of the Long Island Expressway near the Greenpoint Avenue exit in Maspeth, Queens, around 11:45 p.m. Monday. The bus driver and one passenger were pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of one eastbound vehicle was hospitalized in critical condition. About two dozen bus passengers were transported to Bellevue, NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, and Elmhurst hospitals for evaluation. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
