Two killed, 20 injured after bus hits car and flips over me…

Car Crash N.Y New York in N.Y, New York: A multi-vehicle collision occurred at around 11:45 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026, on the Long Island Expressway near Greenpoint Avenue in Queens, N.Y. A coach bus traveling westbound struck another vehicle, which slammed into a third car, before the bus flipped over the central median into oncoming eastbound traffic. The bus driver and one passenger were pronounced dead, 20 people were injured, and approximately two dozen bus passengers were taken to Bellevue Hospital, New York-Presbyterian Queens, and Elmhurst Hospital Center. The driver of one eastbound vehicle was hospitalized in critical condition. The NYPD Highway District Collision Investigation Squad is investigating.
