Car Crash Floresville Texas in Floresville, Texas: A two-vehicle crash on June 12 was caused by a driver who was fatigued or asleep and drove the wrong way on U.S. 181 north of Floresville, according to the final crash report issued by the Texas Department of Transportation. Wayne Earl Christiansen, 53, was driving a 2006 Dodge Ram pickup truck north in the southbound lanes of U.S. 181. Both drivers, who were from San Antonio, were pronounced deceased at the scene.
