Car Crash Osage Iowa in Osage, Iowa: Two drivers were hospitalized after a three-vehicle collision in Mitchell County, Iowa. A westbound Pontiac Solstice rear-ended a westbound Chevy Silverado near the intersection with River Road, then crashed head-on with a second eastbound Chevy Silverado on Highway 9. The Solstice driver suffered life-threatening injuries while the first Silverado driver had non-life-threatening injuries; both were taken to Mitchell County Regional Health System. The Iowa State Patrol said the crash remains under investigation.
