Semi Truck Crash Of Wellsburg West Virginia in of Wellsburg, West Virginia: Jeffrey Simons of Wellsburg, Iowa, lost control of a tractor-trailer in West Virginia on June 23, 2026, causing a fiery crash. Simons died in the crash. His dog, Hennessy, who was riding in the cab, was pulled from the wreckage by people who stopped to help.
