Car Crash Osage Iowa in Osage, Iowa: A three-vehicle crash occurred around 4 p.m. Monday along Highway 9 near Osage, Iowa, according to the Iowa State Patrol. A westbound Pontiac Solstice rear-ended a Chevy Silverado, then struck an eastbound Chevy Silverado. The 66-year-old driver of the Pontiac, Jay Schaub, was taken to Mitchell County Regional Health Center with life-threatening injuries, while the 43-year-old driver of the eastbound Chevy, Jason Elgin, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The 37-year-old driver of the westbound Chevy, Hakkon Rosendahl, was not injured.
