Vehicle Fire New York New York in New York, New York: A three-alarm fire broke out around 3:45 a.m. on June 30 inside the second floor of 355 7th Ave., an unoccupied commercial space in Midtown Manhattan between West 29th and 30th Streets. The flames spread to the third floor, prompting the FDNY to upgrade the fire to a three-alarm event and deploy 75 units and more than 300 personnel. EMS treated two civilians and one firefighter for minor injuries on scene, and the fire was brought under control around 7 a.m. The fire marshal will determine the cause.
