Hit And Run Philadelphia Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: A 20-year-old Temple University student, Bryce Wolfe, was killed in a hit-and-run crash around 11:15 p.m. on Kelly Drive in Philadelphia. Police say a white SUV heading east on Kelly Drive attempted an illegal turn onto Reservoir Drive, then re-entered traffic and struck Wolfe's motorcycle. The driver did not stop and dragged Wolfe for more than a mile before he became dislodged near Fountain Green Drive, then fled the scene. Wolfe's parents, who live in Conyngham, Pennsylvania, are pleading for help identifying the driver; police believe the SUV may have broken driver's-side glass and damage to the front wheel well, fender, and/or driver's-side door.
