Car Crash Phoenix Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona: An 18-year-old driver was killed after rear-ending a semi-truck in west Phoenix early Monday morning around 2 a.m. near 51st Avenue and Van Buren Street. The driver of the Kia, identified as Jamison Lamont Saunders, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives believe Saunders was speeding and failed to stop before crashing into the back of the semi-truck. The semi-truck driver was uninjured and remained at the scene to speak with detectives.
