Hit And Run Wheaton Maryland in Wheaton, Maryland: A 15-year-old driver allegedly struck an off-duty police officer's cruiser in Wheaton, Maryland, then fled the scene and crashed a blue Hyundai van into a home on Bushey Drive, making it about halfway through the front wall. The homeowner was not inside at the time. The teen was arrested and did not require hospitalization. Two passengers in the van ran from the scene and will not face charges.
