Dui Crash Shenandoah Virginia in Shenandoah, Virginia: Virginia State Police is investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred June 23 at 11:35 p.m. on Old Valley Pike in Shenandoah County. A 2007 GMC Envoy SUV traveling west struck a 2013 Ford Fusion sedan that did not come to a complete stop at the exit ramp from Interstate 81 southbound at Exit 298. The Ford driver, Nicole L. Sine, 39, of Strasburg, died at the scene. The GMC driver, Nicholas A. Brill, 29, of Stephens City, sustained minor injuries and was charged with driving under the influence.
