Shooting North Carolina Today in North Carolina: Brandi Byrd Reynolds, a United States Postal Service employee, was shot and killed on June 26 in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Reynolds died at the scene. Following an investigation by the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, the Wilkes County Sheriff's Office, and the U.S. Postal Service, William Craig Durham was arrested.
