Pedestrian Hit California Today in Sacramento, California: Willie Brown, 56, was struck and killed by a vehicle at the intersection of Watt Avenue and Kings Way in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento County around 12:14 a.m. on June 27, 2026. The California Highway Patrol reported Brown was outside the crosswalk when he was hit. The driver involved was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
