Hit And Run Virginia Today in Virginia: Jose Jimenez, 60, of Falls Church, was crossing Arlington Boulevard at Patrick Henry Drive within the crosswalk but against the pedestrian signal when he was struck by a 2004 silver Honda Civic sedan traveling eastbound on Arlington Boulevard on May 26. The Civic left the scene before police arrived. Jimenez was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. On June 28, Hein Quang Le, 63, of Arlington, turned himself in at the Mason Police Station, was interviewed by detectives, and was charged with Felony Hit and Run.
