Orlando woman killed in alligator attack on Econlockhatchee…
Car Crash Barr Florida in Barr, Florida: A 31-year-old Orlando woman, Brittany Clark, was killed Sunday afternoon when an alligator attacked her while she was swimming with friends in the Econlockhatchee River near the Barr Street Trailhead in the Little Big Econ State Forest in Seminole County, Florida. Her boyfriend attempted to pull her from the alligator's grasp and called 911, but she died from her injuries en route to the hospital. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Seminole County Sheriff's Office, and Florida Department of Forestry responded, and a 13-foot alligator at the site and a 12.5-foot alligator about a half-mile away were captured and killed. A separate alligator attack the previous day in Marion County left a juvenile bitten on the hand while fishing from shore at Nelson Fish Camp.
