Boating Accident Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: A man died after a boat began taking on water a few miles offshore from Erie Bluffs State Park on June 30, shortly before 8 a.m. He was later found and pronounced dead around 9:10 a.m. Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook ruled the death accidental, caused by drowning.
