Car Crash Missouri Today in Missouri: A 2005 Toyota Camry traveling south on the 21000 block of Highway J in Phelps County, Missouri, left the roadway, struck a fence and a tree. The 21-year-old male driver was critically injured and transported to Phelps Health Hospital. The 29-year-old female passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene at 2:40 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt.
