Assault Boca Raton Florida in Boca Raton, Florida: Malik Juante Mackey, 26, of North Lauderdale, was charged with multiple felonies after Boca Raton police said he sexually battered a 17-year-old girl at a Holiday Inn in Boca Raton. According to a probable cause affidavit, officers were called to the hotel on July 7, 2025, after a disturbance was reported and found the girl, who had been reported missing from Davie. Police said text messages and Instagram showed Mackey arranged for the girl to come to the hotel, and GPS records placed him there on July 5 and July 6, 2025. Mackey was later arrested by the Broward Sheriff's Office in Deerfield Beach and ordered held under conditions including no contact with the victim.
