Motorcycle Crash Off-Duty Illinois in off-duty, Illinois: Mundelein police officer Paul Viduya Jr., 28, died in an off-duty motorcycle crash in McHenry on Sunday. He was riding a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja west on Charles J. Miller Parkway near McHenry Avenue when his motorcycle left the roadway, according to the McHenry County coroner's office. Viduya came to rest in the grassy median while the motorcycle continued into the eastbound lanes. He was pronounced dead at the scene despite rescue efforts. The McHenry County Regional Crash Assistance Team, McHenry police, the McHenry Township Fire Protection District and the coroner's office are investigating.
