Hit And Run Philadelphia Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: A 20-year-old motorcyclist, Bryce Wolfe, was killed in a hit-and-run crash around 11:15 p.m. on Kelly Drive in Philadelphia. Police said a white SUV heading east attempted an illegal turn onto Reservoir Drive, then tried to re-enter traffic and struck Wolfe, dragging him for more than a mile before he became dislodged near Fountain Green Drive. The driver fled the scene; investigators believe the SUV may have driver's-side damage including broken glass and damage to the front wheel well, fender, and door. Wolfe, a Temple University student from Conyngham, Pennsylvania, was pronounced dead at a Philadelphia hospital.
