Car Crash Monroe Michigan in Monroe, Michigan: A 66-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash shortly after 11 a.m. on June 30, 2026, in Frenchtown Township, Monroe County, Michigan. According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Carleana Plyler, 34, of Newport, was driving a Chrysler Pacifica eastbound on Newport Road with a juvenile passenger when she struck a motorcycle driven by Robert Noble, 66, who was turning southbound onto North Telegraph Road from westbound Newport Road. Noble was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Plyler and her passenger were wearing seatbelts, airbags deployed, and they were released at the scene before seeking private medical treatment as a precaution.
