Motorcycle Crash Allen Ohio in Allen, Ohio: A fatal crash occurred at approximately 5:39 a.m. on West Street in American Township, Allen County, when a southbound Cadillac CTS turning into the Allen-Oakwood Correctional Institution failed to yield and struck a northbound Harley Davidson motorcycle. The motorcycle operator, Joseph Foust IV, 33, of Lima, sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported by ground ambulance to Mercy Health – St. Rita's Medical Center, where he died. The Cadillac driver, a 55-year-old from Elida, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was also transported to the same hospital. The Ohio State Highway Patrol Lima post is investigating the crash.
