Car Crash Window Whitehall Twp Pennsylvania in window WHITEHALL TWP, Pennsylvania: A tractor-trailer and motorcycle collided on the northbound lanes of Route 476, the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, near mile marker 63 in North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County.
