A person driving a minivan may have experienced a medical emergency, causing the vehicle to leave the road, strike two pedestrians, and collide with a tree. A 68-year-old male pedestrian, a 60-year-old female pedestrian with life-threatening injuries, and two occupants of the minivan — a man and a woman — all suffered serious injuries and were transported to Harborview Medical Center and Providence Regional Medical Center.
