Assault Lashmeet West Virginia in Lashmeet, West Virginia: Crystal Lynn Tooley, 37, of Mercer County, was taken into custody following a stabbing that occurred during a domestic altercation in Lashmeet, West Virginia. West Virginia State Police responded June 21 to a call at a Jasper Street residence, where troopers found Tooley and a man engaged in an ongoing domestic altercation. Authorities said the altercation ended at the victim's residence, where Tooley allegedly stabbed him. The victim refused treatment for stab wounds to his side and right hand. Tooley faces charges of felony malicious wounding and misdemeanor domestic battery, and is also held on a fugitive warrant from another state without bond.
