Police Pursuit Crash Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: Pennsylvania State Police said Landon Huntoon, 45, of Elkton, Maryland, followed another driver for approximately 26 miles and repeatedly attempted to strike the victim's vehicle before the pursuit ended in a crash in Upper Oxford Township, Chester County. Huntoon is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault by motor vehicle while driving under the influence, and related offenses. He was arrested Sunday and held at Chester County Prison. No injuries were reported.
