Car Crash Clovis New Mexico in Clovis, New Mexico: Clovis police are investigating a deadly shooting that resulted in a vehicle crashing into a home late Monday night. Officers were dispatched just after 11 p.m. on June 29 to the area of 14th and Hull Streets after receiving a report of a vehicle that had struck a residence. The victim was transported to Plains Regional Medical Center and later transferred to a hospital in Lubbock, Texas, where he died from his injuries. Detectives with the Clovis Police Department are continuing to investigate; no information about possible suspects or circumstances leading up to the shooting has been released.
