Car Crash Cooper City Florida in Cooper City, Florida: A two-vehicle crash on the 8700 block of Griffin Road in Cooper City left a man dead. Broward Sheriff's Office Traffic Homicide detectives responded about 6:20 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, after a report of a crash involving a Chevrolet and a BMW in a sideswipe-type collision. Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue transported the victim to Hollywood Memorial Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Investigators said it is possible the victim suffered a medical event prior to the crash.
