Police Pursuit Crash Of Houston Louisiana in of Houston, Louisiana: A Louisiana deputy found a man behind the wheel of a white sedan parked in the median of Interstate 49, undressed and appearing heavily impaired. When the deputy approached, the driver took off and led deputies on a wrong-way pursuit down the interstate at around 90 mph before being stopped in the median. The driver, identified as Tracarlos Audra McNeil, 49, of Houston, Texas, refused commands, danced and yelled, and had to be removed from the car by a sheriff's K-9 unit. He was taken to a hospital for evaluation and arrested on a felony charge of aggravated flight from an officer. No one was hurt in the incident.
