Dui Crash Nebraska Today in Nebraska: A 20-year-old Lincoln man, Jaziah Brown, was arrested and cited in connection with a fatal crash that occurred around 7:15 p.m. on May 25 in Lancaster County. Investigators say Brown, the driver of a Ford Focus, was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the crash. Eight people were taken to area hospitals, and two later died from their injuries, including 62-year-old Gay Wah of Lincoln, a passenger in a Nissan Kicks. Brown was cited for two counts of manslaughter and one count of DUI causing serious bodily injury, and the crash remains under investigation.
