Dui Crash Nebraska Today in Nebraska: A 20-year-old Lincoln man, Jaziah Brown, faces manslaughter and DUI charges after a May 25 crash in Lancaster County that killed two people and sent eight others to area hospitals. Investigators said Brown, the driver of a Ford Focus, was under the influence of marijuana when the crash occurred around 7:15 p.m. One of the victims who died was 62-year-old Gay Wah of Lincoln, a passenger in a Nissan Kicks. The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office arrested and cited Brown on two counts of manslaughter and one count of DUI causing serious bodily injury, and the crash remains under investigation.
