Car Crash Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: Sarah Bennett, 64, of Indianapolis, was charged after Pennsylvania State Police said she caused a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Waynesboro Pike and Old Waynesboro Road in Hamiltonban Township, Adams County, on December 2, 2025. Troopers said Bennett pulled her SUV out in front of James Marchione, 75, who was traveling 40 to 50 mph; Marchione struck Bennett's SUV and was then hit on the driver's side by a Ford truck driven by John Hardy. Marchione died at the scene from multiple blunt force trauma injuries, and Hardy was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Investigators said Bennett was driving on a suspended Indiana driver's license and failed to yield the right of way.
