Freight train derails in Bensalem Township, Pennsylvania
Car Crash Bensalem Pennsylvania in Bensalem, Pennsylvania: On June 30, 2026, at approximately 2:21 p.m., a CSX freight train traveling eastbound toward the Neshaminy Falls Train Station derailed in Bensalem Township, Pennsylvania. Thirteen freight cars near the rear of the train overturned on the CSX tracks between Street Road and the Neshaminy Falls Train Station. The Bucks County Hazardous Materials Response Team was activated, and police issued a shelter-in-place order and conducted door-to-door evacuations along Grove Avenue and Old Lincoln Highway. The evacuation order was later lifted and the area was deemed safe.
