Car Crash Another Mississippi in another, Mississippi: Andretta English, an investigator with the Forrest County Sheriff's Office, died Saturday following a traffic crash. According to Sheriff Charlie Sims, English had been at a Columbia benefit motorcycle ride for wounded Covington County Deputy Yates Rodney, where she provided medical care to an injured officer. After leaving the event and heading home, English was involved in another crash that claimed her life. She had joined FCSO as an investigator in 2024 and previously served with the Columbia Police Department.
