Car Crash Emporia Kansas in Emporia, Kansas: A 63-year-old Emporia man was injured in a single-vehicle crash north of Emporia on Tuesday afternoon. The accident occurred shortly after 3 p.m. in the 3000 block of North Highway 99, where a 2008 GMC Sierra pickup truck driven by Benjamin Coria left the roadway to the east for unknown reasons. Coria was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported by ambulance to Newman Regional Health for observation and treatment.
