Car Crash Alpine Wyoming in Alpine, Wyoming: A driver lost control of a Ford F-250 pickup truck while traveling southbound on US 89 near mile marker 124, drifted into the northbound lane, struck a car hauler, scraped along the trailer, then crashed through a guardrail, rolled two to three times down an embankment, and landed in the Snake River. The driver escaped on their own with minor cuts and bruises, was helped by first responders, and was taken to a hospital in Alpine. Wyoming Highway Patrol cited the driver for failure to maintain lane and credited the driver's seatbelt use for surviving the crash. No identifying information about the driver was released.
