Alabama State Troopers say the driver of a Kia pulled out of a driveway, turning left, and failed to yield to a Madison County Sheriff's deputy's SUV that was traveling with lights and siren activated for an emergency call. The Kia's driver, Mardasha Woods, and front-seat passenger Jacques Whitt were both ejected; Whitt died from his injuries.
