Car Crash Wyoming Today in Wyoming: A Ford F-250 traveling south on U.S. Highway 89 in Lincoln County, Wyoming drifted into the northbound lane, scraped along a car hauler, then crashed through a guardrail, rolled two to three times down an embankment, and landed in the Snake River. The driver escaped the vehicle and was assisted by first responders, then taken to Alpine for medical care and treated and released with cuts and bruises. Wyoming Highway Patrol cited the driver for failure to maintain a lane and credited the driver's seatbelt use for the lack of serious injuries.
