Dui Crash Columbia Missouri in Columbia, Missouri: A Boone County grand jury indicted 27-year-old Samuel Jacob Creasy of Columbia on seven counts of driving while intoxicated causing a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 on April 3. The indictment alleges Creasy was driving on the shoulder of the eastbound lanes just inside the Columbia city limits when he caused the crash. Three people sustained serious injuries, including a 15-year-old from Fayette, three others in the SUV had minor injuries, a passenger in Creasy's truck was seriously injured, and the driver of the third vehicle was also seriously injured. Troopers reported Creasy had slurred speech and a preliminary breath test result of 0.122.
