Car Crash Columbia Missouri in Columbia, Missouri: Elbert Allen, 69, of Columbia, was traveling eastbound on Interstate 70 on Saturday afternoon when he crashed into a guardrail near the 123.2 mile marker, according to a Columbia Police Department news release. Allen was transported to a hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries.
